LEGAL
Legal Notice, Website Terms and Privacy
Effective date: 26 July 2026
This notice governs use of the Riverbank Intelligence website and explains how we handle enquiries, website information, research materials, personal information, and role-based governance reporting. It does not replace any written engagement letter, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or other agreement entered into with a client. Where an engagement agreement applies, that agreement takes priority.
01
Website use and professional services
The website provides general information about Riverbank Intelligence, the Friction Index™, and related organisational governance diagnostics. It is not an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction. Accessing this website does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, or other professional relationship with Riverbank Intelligence. Any professional engagement is governed solely by separately agreed written terms.
Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, psychological, or other regulated professional advice. Capital owners and management teams should obtain advice from appropriately qualified advisers before taking action based on any website material or research publication.
02
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Unless otherwise stated, the Riverbank Intelligence name, Friction Index™, research frameworks, diagnostic terminology, website copy, visual materials, and publications are owned by or licensed to Riverbank Intelligence Pte. Ltd. You may view and share public website materials for lawful, non-commercial informational purposes, provided you do not alter, misrepresent, reproduce at scale, or remove attribution from the material.
Client information, diagnostic observations, source materials, and engagement outputs are handled according to the confidentiality obligations in the applicable engagement agreement. Public website content does not disclose client-specific information or create permission to use Riverbank methods, materials, or marks beyond the limited website-use permission above.
03
Reporting confidentiality and information access
Riverbank Intelligence designs governance reporting around role-based access. Information is shared only to the extent needed for oversight, decision-making, intervention, and accountability. The applicable engagement agreement determines the authorised recipients, reporting cadence, confidentiality obligations, and permitted use of each engagement output.
Capital owners may receive full governance reporting and evidence trajectory appropriate to their ownership rights. Capital partners may receive thematic oversight summaries and recommendations. Senior executives may receive relevant dimension-level findings and intervention recommendations. Routine reporting does not include individual names, quotations, raw interview material, personal-support content, or other information that is not necessary for the recipient’s role.
Riverbank methods, scoring architecture, assessment instruments, quality-control processes, and detailed output specifications remain confidential proprietary information. Public website materials describe the purpose and broad principles of the system only.
04
